Congratulations to Haylee Carroll, BHS AVID Senior. Haylee has been accepted to Lander, USC Columbia, and Winthrop Universities. She has been offered a merit scholarship of $7,000 per year to attend Winthrop University. Haylee plans to be a Gamecock and major in criminal justice to become a lawyer. Way to go Haylee!

Wildcat basketball Appreciation Night recognized our administrators and paid homage to two BHS basketball legends by retiring their jerseys- Mikki Moore and Libby Corry.
Students from BHS had a great time exploring our course offerings today! A huge thank you to BHS for the opportunity to showcase our programs and to our incredible student helpers for representing us so well!
The deadline to enter Miss Blacksburg has been extended to January 31st!
BHS Baseball: Tryouts will be held on February 3rd and 4th. Middle school boys will tryout from 3:45-5:15 and High school boys will be from 5:15-6:45. We will hold a parent meeting on February 3rd at 5:15 for all boys trying out. All student athletes must have a physical on file.
